Changes to Norvado Email Service
Effective March 1st, 2022, Norvado will no longer sell new email addresses to customers. However, we will continue to maintain and support existing email addresses. Going forward several changes will be happening to improve the user experience for existing email users as well as a small price increase to reflect these changes.
Updated/Modernized Look & Feel
The webmail for Norvado will be upgraded to a modern look and feel on May 1, 2022.
IMAP Configuration
The new webmail platform will offer IMAP configuration, which provides much better flexibility and security when using your email address on multiple devices. Directions for switching from POP3 to IMAP can be found here. We encourage you to make this change.
Improved Password Management
You will now be able to change your password without knowing your old password or calling into Norvado. To change your password, please go to https://portal.norvado.net/. You will need to know your username and account number to change your password.
Pricing Change
The price, effective May 1, 2022, for your email address will be $2.00 per month per email address.
If you have an existing email address with Norvado and choose to continue to utilize your Norvado email, you will automatically be charged $2.00 per email address/month effective May 1st, 2022. If you are not using your email from Norvado, please visit www.norvado.com/cancelemail to cancel your email.
We believe these changes will provide a much better email experience.
