Direct-Dialed Station Calls (Customer-Dialed Rates Apply)

Dial 1 + Area Code + 7-Digit Number


Person, Collect, Credit Card Calls, Etc. (Operator-Assisted Rates Apply)

  1. Dial 0 + Area Code + 7-Digit Number
  2. When the Operator answers, tell him/her which type of call you wish to make.

Local Dialing

Dial Area Code + 7-Digit Number

If You Reach a Wrong Number

As the person who answers what city you have reached. When the call appears on your bill contact our business office for credit.

Busy Signals and No Answers

If you get a busy signal or if no one answers the telephone you are calling, hang up and try the call a little later.


If You Need Help

If you are cut off, encounter difficulty in hearing or experience any other trouble, just dial 0 for the Operator and report it to him/her. Additional charges may apply for operator assistance.


To Ring Your Own Extension

  1. Dial your own number, then hang up your phone. Your phone and the extension phone will both be ringing.

  2. When your phone stops ringing, your extension has been answered. Then pick up the phone and talk to the person on the extension.


Alaska, Hawaii, Canada, Mexico and Overseas Calls

Your toll provider can provide you with station-to-station and/or person-to-person rate information.
