Do you have seasonal options?
Is your residence used as a vacation or secondary home?
Are you at your property only certain months out of the year?
If so, there are ways to reduce your bill while you are gone.
Switching service(s) to Seasonal status is the most popular option.
Here’s what you need to know regarding Seasonal service:
- There
is a one-time fee of $25 to downgrade your service(s), which will be billed on the
next statement following the downgrade request.
- Seasonally
downgraded services (internet, phone and/or television) will be billed at
$10/month/service.
- Apex
Managed WIFI cannot be put on Seasonal status and will be billed at its regular
rate.
- Service(s)
will be downgraded and/or upgraded Monday through Friday during regular
business hours (except on holidays).
- We recommend
downgrading your service(s) one business day after your departure from the
property and upgrading one day before your arrival to help to ensure you have
services throughout your entire visit.
- Your
following month’s bill will be prorated to reflect the change in service
status.
- If an upgrade date is not given at the time of downgrade or a request to change the original upgrade date is made, a $25 upgrade fee will also be applied.
To request a Seasonal change to your service(s), simply login to
your account at https://norvado.smarthub.coop and follow these steps.
Step 1 – Click Contact Us in the navigation menu at the
top of the screen. Then select Report an Issue/Inquiry.
Step 2 – In the Inquiry Type drop down menu, select Seasonal
Downgrade/Upgrade and complete the required fields, making sure to note
what service(s) you want changed and what your preferred downgrade and/or
upgrade date(s) are in the comments section.
Step 3 – Click Submit in the bottom right corner, and you’re
done!
