Do you have seasonal options?

Is your residence used as a vacation home or secondary home?  Are you at your residence only certain months out of the year?

If so, there are ways to reduce your bill while you are gone.  Seasonally Downgrading is the most popular option.

  • There is a one-time fee of $25 to downgrade your services.

  • Services are downgraded on the last business day of the month (seasonal services are not prorated).

  • Must have service for a minimum of 3 months prior to downgrade, and you can have your services downgraded for a maximum of 9 months at a time.

  • Service charge to upgrade your services is $25, but will be waived if the upgrade date is given at the time of the seasonal downgrade request. Upgrades are effective the first day of the month.

Your reduced monthly rate varies based on the number of services you have (Phone, Internet, TV).  You can downgrade one or more of your services and leave another active.  For example, downgrade your Internet and TV service, but leave basic Phone service active.
