The free TV promotion provides residential customers with free television with the purchase of Wildly Impressive Internet (1Gbps) and Apex Threat Defender & Managed WIFI. The following terms and conditions govern the agreement to receive FREE TV.

1. This special offer is available to new (not having had active service in the last 12-months), residential customers in select areas.
   
2. Offer is NOT available in all geographic areas.
   
3. The TV package provided is the Philo streaming package value at $37 per month.
   
4. The Philo package includes 70+ channels.
   
5. Norvado cannot control the channels offered within the Philo package. Channels provided could change based on Philo’s policies.
   
6. Apex Threat Defender & Managed WIFI for $12.99 and Wildly Impressive Internet for $99.99 are required to receive the FREE TV.
   
7. Norvado guarantees a package price of $112.98 for two years (24-months).
   
8. A 24-month agreement is required to receive this promotion and Discover Pass.
   
9. Discover Pass can be used with this offer. If used, the agreement starts on month 4 and runs for 24 consecutive months.
   
   Should an agreement be terminated early, the customer is required to pay what they should have paid without an agreement. Therefore, the customer will have to pay $434.94 for the three months they received free.
   
10. If a 24-month agreement is not signed, Discover Pass is not available.
    
11. Norvado’s technician will install the service, including Philo and access to the streaming.norvado.com portal.
    
12. Norvado issues a $37 monthly credit on the streaming.norvado.com portal and then use the credit to purchase Philo. That stated, the credit can be used for any streaming service the customer would like.
    
13. Free Standard Installation is included with the offer (up to $200 of installation) and up to 1 hour of streaming set up.
    
14. One (1) free Amazon Firestick 4k will be offered at the time of signup. To stream on additional TV’s, subscribers will need to purchase other streaming devices at their expense.
    
15. “Build Your Own Bundle” (ie: internet and multi-service discounts) cannot be combined with this offer.
