How can I get a new remote for my Norvado TV service?
Norvado remotes are susceptible to wear and tear like everything else these days. Fortunately, we’ve made the replacement process easy and convenient for you.
Remote Under Warranty
All Norvado remotes have a 3 month warranty to cover any premature failures, which begins the day Norvado TV service is installed or new remote is purchased. If you believe your remote qualifies for our warranty replacement policy, you have these three options:

Have one mailed to you by calling our Customer Service Department at 800-250-8927. A $6.95 shipping fee will apply and will arrive in 3-5 business days.

Receive one via an on-site delivery. Simply call our Customer Service Department at 800-250-8927 to schedule a delivery. Our standard $85 Trip Charge will apply.
Remote Not Under Warranty
If your remote is not under warranty, you have the following options.

Contacting our Customer Service Department at 800-250-8927 to have one mailed to you for $21.95 (total cost for equipment and shipping; delivered in 3-5 business days), or

Scheduling an on-site delivery with our Customer Service Department at 800-250-8927 for $99.95 (total cost for equipment and delivery).
