How can I pay my bill?

There are many different ways you can pay your bill.

You can place your payment in the payment dropboxes located at the Cable and Phillips offices. Please put your payment in an envelope with your name on it and either your Norvado phone number or account number, if possible, when depositing your payment in the dropbox.

You can sign up for a SmartHub account on our website.  SmartHub is our online account management service.  From your SmartHub account you can pay your bill, review you billing statements, sign up for paperless billing and/or auto-pay, request changes to your service, and even report a trouble.  To learn how to sign up for a SmartHub account click here.  You can also download the SmartHub app right on your android or iOS device.  For brief instructions for how to download the SmartHub app click here.

On our website we also offer a Pay Now service. Click here to Pay Now. To pay your bill all you need is your account number and the last name of the account holder.

You can also pay your bill over the phone using our Pay-By-Phone Toll Free Number 1-855-874-5355.  There is no additional fee to pay your bill using this automated service.  You can make a payment via credit/debit card or checking account.  Upon first use you will need your account number, last name and last four digits of the account holder’s social security number.  You will create a PIN number that will be used to make additional payments in the future.

Lastly there’s always the tried-and-true method of snail-mail. Feel free to put your check and statement in the mail before the due date. We’ll take it from there!
