Closed Captioning is a feature of our TV service that can be very useful for those with a loss in hearing, trying to learn a new language or that simply want to keep things quieter around their home. You can begin using this convenient feature with the touch of a few buttons on your Backlit Remote Control.

1. Push the STB button, located to the right of the Power button.

3. At the bottom-right corner of your TV screen a Closed Captioning message will appear showing that the feature is Off, on Auto, or on 608. Press the # as many times as needed to get to the preferred status.
