How do I sign up for Paperless Billing?

Signing up for Paperless Billing with Norvado is simple! And, if you sign up for both Paperless Billing and Auto Pay, you will receive a one-time bill credit of $20 in addition to your monthly bill credit of $2!*

To get started, log in to your SmartHub account. If you have not registered for a SmartHub account, learn how here.

Once you have logged in to your SmartHub account, select My Information from the My Profile tab.



Select Update My Paperless Settings from the menu.


Turn the Paperless switch to ON. You will receive an email indicating your billing options have been updated successfully.
