How to Register for a SmartHub Account | App & Web Instructions
SmartHub is Norvado's online account management service and can be used to review and pay your bill, sign up for AutoPay or paperless billing, and even report a trouble or outage. Follow the steps outlined below to setup your SmartHub account.

Registering for SmartHub (App Version)
- Download the SmartHub app from the App Store (iOS) or Play Store (Android).
- Click Search by Name and type in Norvado.
- If the listing says Norvado, 43705 US Hwy 63, Cable, WI 54821, click to confirm.
- To create a new account, click Don't have an account? Register now.
- Enter the required information and click Continue.
- Verify your account by entering your zip code and setup a security question.
- Click Register.
- You will receive an email with instructions for setting up your password. Follow the instructions in the email to setup your password and verify your account.
Registering for SmartHub (Web Version)
- Visit norvado.com and click MY ACCOUNT from the menu at the top of your screen (or click here).
- Click New User? Sign up to access our Self Service site.
- Enter the required information and click Submit.
- Setup your security question and answer.
- Verify that you are not a robot. :)
- Open the verification email containing instructions for setting up your password that was sent to your email address. You may need to check spam or junk folders.
- Follow the instructions in the email to setup your password and verify your account.
- Navigate the login screen and log in with your newly setup credentials.
