How do I update my payment information?

From time to time you may need to update your banking or credit card information that is associated with your AutoPay/EFT subscription with Norvado. You can securely update your account through SmartHub when it's most convenient for you! Here's how:

Login to SmartHub and hover over the Billing & Payments menu.



Click Auto Pay Program in the drop down menu.



Click Update or Cancel in the lower right-hand corner.




From here all you need to do is Accept the Auto Pay Terms and Conditions, update card info and confirm the changes you've made. It's that simple. If you have troubles you can start a chat with us or contact our Customer Service team at info@norvado.com or 800-250-8927 and we'd be happy to help!
