I have a low battery on my security system panel or sensor, can I change it?
Yes. There are a few different types of batteries in a system. We suggest contacting the monitoring company and putting the sensor or system into test mode for the length of time you think it will take to change the battery. Remove the battery and take it with you to purchase a new one. Install the new battery - paying attention to polarity. Then contact the monitoring company to remove the sensor or system from test mode.
