Is a Social Security Number or Federal ID required to have service?

Norvado requires a Social Security Numbers (SSN) to be on file for residential subscribers in our Cooperative area. This information is needed for the issuing of capital credits to Cooperative members.

Also, Norvado requires a Social Security Numbers (SSN) or Federal Tax ID to be on file for all commercial subscribers.

Social Security Numbers and Federal Tax ID's are only stored in our billing database and are encrypted immediately after being entered. Only a few, specific people within our organization have access to this data.
