PickME Plan | Managing your Streaming Apps | Step 10
Once you purchase an app or apps following the process here, your apps will be tracked in My Apps.

You can navigate to My Apps by clicking on the circle profile on the top right of the screen.

From the drop-down menu that appears, click on My Apps. This section will track all of your streaming services/apps and your monthly cost.

Should you want to add an app that you did not buy through streaming.norvado.com, click on Add App.

Select the apps that you have and click Save.

If you want to add your sign in information or watch, click Watch Now.

Then sign into the app with your username and password.
Canceling a Service/App

If you want to cancel a service or app, please navigate to My Apps (see directions above).

Select the service (ie. Netflix, HBO Max, Disney+).

Click Watch Now.

Log into the account with your username and password if you aren’t already logged in.

Click Account/Manage Account.

Click Cancel Subscription.
Use Streaming Rewards on an Existing Account
If you want to your streaming rewards credit to pay for an existing account, you will need to edit the payment information you have on file with that service.

Select the service by going to My Apps.

Click Watch Now.

Log into the account with your username and password if you aren’t already logged in.

Click Account/Manage Account.

Click Edit Payment Method.

Replace your credit card info with the streaming rewards virtual card info.
Help With Other Apps

Should you need specific help with other streaming apps, please go to the app on your computer (ie. www.hbomax.com).

Login to the streaming service using your credentials.

Click on Help (In HBO’s instance, it is at the bottom of the page. Each app will be different).

This will take you to the Help Center where you can find any information you need for using that service.
