Protect Your TV Recordings

Follow the directions below to safeguard your favorite TV recordings and ensure they aren't lost in the upcoming TV migration. 

Step 1: Press the menu button on your remote. 

Step 2: Scroll over to Current. 

Step 3: Press OK. 

Step 4: Choose recording that you would like to protect. Press the green button on your remote.

Step 5: Scroll down to Protect. 

Step 6: Click OK and you will see the shield on your recording.

Step 7: Scroll up to Edit Item and click OK. You've successfully protected your recording! 

If you would like to remove the protection, select your recording click on Protect again and then scroll up to Edit item and click OK and the recording shield will be removed.
