When you first set up your Arlo camera, you have the option to connect the camera directly to your WIFI router. You can use the Arlo Secure App to connect directly to your WIFI router.

Before you begin:

Your mobile device must be connected to your 2.4 GHz WIFI network, and you must connect your Arlo camera to the same 2.4 GHz WIFI network. For more information, visit: Connect Mobile Device to a 2.4 GHz WIFI Network to Set Up an Arlo Camera.

To connect your Arlo camera directly to your 2.4 GHz WIFI network:

1. Launch the Arlo Secure App.

2. Tap Add New Device.

3. Select your Arlo device.

4. Select your Arlo model.

5. Follow the in-app instructions.

6. Tap Continue on the Connect to a 2.4 GHz network screen.

7. Follow the in-app instructions to finish setting up your device.
