SmartHome | How to Download the Arlo Secure App

So, you've signed up for Norvado SmartHome Surveillance.

That's great news! You're one step closer to protecting what matters most.

Before the technician arrives to install your cameras, please follow the steps below to download the Arlo Secure app to your mobile device.

  1. Go to the Apple App Store or Google Play Store on your mobile device and search for Arlo Secure.

  2. Click Download or Get.

  3. Once downloaded, open the Arlo Secure app and click Log In. You will need to select Forgot Password? to setup your password for the app.

  4. Enter the same email address you provided to Norvado during the sign-up process in the Email Address field. Click Submit.

  5. An email will be sent to the address you entered. Check your inbox and follow the steps outlined in the email to create a new password. Make sure to save your email address and password in a secure location for future log in needs.
  6. Once app log in is complete, you can close the app until your install appointment.
When the Norvado technician arrives, he will connect your Arlo camera(s) and/or doorbell to the app and make sure everything is working properly.
