SmartHome | How to Download the Arlo Secure App
So, you've signed up for Norvado SmartHome Surveillance.
That's great news! You're one step closer to protecting what matters most.
Before the technician arrives to install your cameras, please follow the steps below to download the Arlo Secure app to your mobile device.
Go to the Apple App Store or Google Play Store on your mobile device and search for Arlo Secure.
Click Download.
Once downloaded, open the Arlo Secure app and log into your account using the same email address you provided to Norvado during the signup process. You will need to select Forgot Password to setup your password for the app.
When the Norvado technician arrives, they will connect your Arlo cameras/doorbell to the app.
