All equipment is owned and managed by Norvado. The customer is buying the total service, which includes the use of the equipment.
The service includes the use of equipment, installation, optimization, unlimited phone support, unlimited remote support, firmware upgrades, security patches, warranty work and replacement if necessary.
Although Norvado’s network equipment does provide a firewall and other cybersecurity controls, Norvado is not taking responsibility for your business’s cybersecurity. Norvado will ensure the firewall and cybersecurity controls are enabled at the time of install. Norvado is responsible for updating the firmware and security patches, a minimum of twice per year, but is in no way responsible for your business’s cybersecurity or liable for any consequences from a security breech.
The terms of the agreement are enforced. However, should a customer grow, the ability to expand the existing network or phone system during the term of the agreement exists. The network cannot be downgraded.
Norvado may, at its discretion, replace equipment to new models, technology, or the like. However, it is our promise any replacement equipment would be equal or greater in capabilities of the equipment being replaced.
Norvado will not necessarily replace equipment within the term of service based on a customer request, unless it is malfunctioning, defective, or the like.
Upon contract expiration or service termination, the network and phone system equipment must be returned in working order to Norvado within 30 days. Failure to return equipment or returning abused equipment will result in a charge equal to MSRP of said equipment.
This package is not available for seasonal customers.
Accidental or customer caused damage is the responsibility of customer. Norvado will replace equipment that fails, is malfunctioning or the like.
Customer must have a UPS power backup installed and connected to all IaaS products for Norvado to cover any replacement, with the exception of remote outdoor equipment, which is not required to be on a UPS.
All adds, moves, and changes will be completed for the customer by Norvado. The customer simply has to call 1-800-250-8927, press 2 for business, press 2 for technical support, press 2 for the IT Help Desk.
Norvado will provide proactive monitoring of all network devices and will resolve all issues remotely by working with the customer on the best resolution path.
Norvado will provide remote desktop application support.
