- Dial into your Easy Attendant From a touch-tone telephone.
- When the announcement starts, enter *6 quickly, then enter PIN
- PIN: Voicemail PIN
This is for:
- Enabling System, either on-off Auto Attendant Services
- Recording all Announcement Messages / Recordings
- At Menu, press 1 for Configuration menu.
- In Configuration Menu, follow audio prompts or:
- Press 1 to Turn On/Off
- Press 2 for Business Hours Announcement
- Press 3 for Non-Business Hours Announcement
- Press 4 to Record Names for Extensions
