  1. Dial into your Easy Attendant From a touch-tone telephone.
  2. When the announcement starts, enter *6 quickly, then enter PIN
    1. PIN: Voicemail PIN

This is for:

  1. Enabling System, either on-off Auto Attendant Services
  2. Recording all Announcement Messages / Recordings

  1. At Menu, press 1 for Configuration menu.
  2. In Configuration Menu, follow audio prompts or:
    1. Press 1 to Turn On/Off
    2. Press 2 for Business Hours Announcement
    3. Press 3 for Non-Business Hours Announcement
    4. Press 4 to Record Names for Extensions
