Smartlink PBX | How do you correct One-Way Audio on a SmartLink PBX system?

“Can you hear me now?” is a common exclamation when someone is experiencing One-Way Audio.  One-Way call audio is when one calling party can hear the conversation, but the other cannot.

When this happens on a SmartLink PBX system it is usually caused by improper programming of the phone. If the One-Way Audio appears to be an isolated issue happening on only one phone, simply reboot the phone.

If it is an ongoing problem, you’ll need to contact the Norvado SmartLink PBX support by emailing a description of the problem to operationssupport@norvado.com or by calling support at 800-250-8927.
