Smartlink PBX | How to Update Your PIN for Your Norvado SmartLink PBX Voicemail
Step 1:
Log on at: https://myphone.norvado.com
Step 2:
Upon successfully logging in, you will be presented with the main options of the SmartLink HPBX portal.
Step 3:
At the bottom-center of the page, under the Security heading click the link for Change Voicemail PIN.
Step 4:
A pop-up window will appear. Simply enter your current/existing Voicemail PIN and then enter your newly chosen PIN. As is standard, you will need to enter the new pin a second time to confirm that it was entered as intended.
The Voicemail PIN must match the following criteria:
Consist of digits only
Be between 4 and 20 characters long
Not have a single digit repeated more than 2 times in a row
Not be a numeric sequence, e.g. 12345 or 54321
Not contain, or match part of, a telephone number associated with this account
