The Voicemail to Text feature can be added to any Norvado commercial phone service that has Call Manager Voicemail Elite. To add this service to your account, give our Business Support Specialists a call at 800-250-8927. Activation may take up to two business days to complete. Once added to your account, the following steps need to be completed on your end.

To turn on the Voicemail to Text feature within your Call Manager Voicemail Elite service, simply complete these couple of steps:

1. Login to myphone.norvado.net.

2. Once logged in, click Message Settings in the Your Services menu.

3. Next, under General, select Transcribe voicemails in your inbox.

4. Verify the Forward messages and faxes as emails option is setup.

Now, when someone leaves you a voicemail, you will receive an email with an audio file as well as a text transcript directly in your inbox. Saving you time and allowing you to dedicate more time to reaching your goals.
