Must be a new (have not had active service at location in last 12 months) commercial, fiber subscriber to qualify.

1. Offer is valid in the 2023 Barksdale fiber build area through January 31, 2024.
   
2. Offer is valid in the 2023 Winter Phase 1 fiber build area through February 29, 2024.

Upon redeeming this offer, the customer must keep service for at least 60 months. If service is terminated prior to the end of the 60-month term, the subscriber will be required to pay for service discounts received.

This offer will be applied in the form of a one-time bill credit in the amount of the value of 6 months of the customer's initial monthly recurring service minus taxes, fees, equipment, wiring and installation costs. The credit may be used to cover the cost associated with the installation of Norvado service and thus may not cover six full months of monthly recurring service.

If aid-to-construction is given, customer does not qualify for this offer.
