Terms and Conditions of Business Services

Multi-Service Discounts

A discount for Internet & Phone service will apply and varies depending on phone technology and geographic location. VoIP subscribers will receive an Internet Discount of $21.95; ILEC POTS subscribers will receive an Internet Discount of $21.95; CLEC POTS subscribers will receive an Internet Discount of $27.95. Phillips POTS subscribers will receive an Internet Discount of $16.40, Prentice POTS subscribers will receive an Internet Discount of $17.40 and Park Falls POTS subscribers will receive an Internet Discount of $28.95.

$25 Internet + TV Discount requires subscription to Basic Expanded or Expanded Plus TV package and an Internet plan. TV discount does not apply to all markets.

Discounts are shown as “up-to” maximums. Offers subject to change.

General

Norvado service may not be available in certain geographic areas due to bandwidth restrictions.

Applicable taxes, fees (such as 911, USF, IEUF, activation) and surcharges extra. Monthly services and discounts will be prorated.

Installation and material charges may apply. New Internet, TV and/or Phone service activations qualify for Free Standard Installation (up to $200 value). Click here for full details.

Cancellation of services may result in the billing of full installation charges and equipment not returned.

Consumption of long distance above subscribed allotment may result in additional charges or termination of service. Long distance packages cover calls made within the contiguous US and do not cover calls to Alaska or Hawaii.

Internet speeds advertised are not guaranteed; customers will receive “up to” the advertised speed they are subscribed to.

Agreeing to the terms and conditions of Norvado’s phone service commits the customer to abiding by the following Robocalling rules and restrictions.

Norvado prohibits activities normally associated with Robocalling including, but not limited to:

  • Providing altered, deceptive, or false information about the identity of the sender or the origin of a message or phone call.

  • Violating any applicable local, state, or federal law; using the Norvado service to engage in or in connection with fraudulent activities.

Failure to abide by the aforementioned terms and conditions will result in termination of service and potential government intervention.
