What are Norvado’s general terms of service?
In order to provide service(s) to a residence or business, the person requesting Norvado service must agree to the following:
Subscriber agrees to the charges listed on application for service, signed service proposal, or other contractual form agreed on by both Norvado and subscriber. Subscriber agrees to pay any local, state or federal taxes and fees imposed or levied on or with respect to the Services, the Equipment or installation or service charges incurred with respect to the same (including franchise fees). All prices listed are billed on a monthly basis unless noted otherwise. Knowingly providing inaccurate or incomplete information may result in immediate termination of service. Billing starts upon account activation. Fees collected at time of application will not be reimbursed. Leased equipment must be returned to Norvado when service is terminated, or subscriber will be billed the replacement value of said equipment.
