What is E-Mail Filter?

Tired of receiving more junk emails everyday? E-Mail Filter (formerly known as Red Condor) is a web-based tool that allows you to manage e-mail messages quarantined by your Anti-Spam utility. You can use E-Mail Filter with most web browsers and an Internet connection to your account.

How it Works

It keeps, or quarantines, messages identified as spam. By clicking the E-Mail Filter link, you can view your quarantined messages. If you see any messages that were accidentally classified as junk mail, you can approve them, thus sending them to your regular e-mail.
Info
Note: Messages are automatically deleted after 35 days.

It sends an E-Mail Filter Summary, which lists the messages quarantined by your anti-spam utility. From the summary, you can view the quarantined messages and have them delivered to your regular e-mail account if you want. You can determine how frequently you want to receive the E-Mail Filter Summary by setting the frequency to Daily, Weekly, Weekdays or Never.

InfoNote: By default, E-Mail Filter will not send you a Summary unless you go into the Settings Tab and approve it.

To Start Using E-Mail Filter

If you receive E-Mail Filter Summaries you will be able to login using the Login link. If you do not receive summaries, you can login directly to E-Mail Filter by clicking here (if you are a former PCTC customer, click here) and using your email address and password. If you need help with the features within the E-Mail Filter, a help link is provided after you log in. The default in the E-Mail Filter is to show you the quarantined messages for the current and previous day, but this may be adjusted by using the Time Range Slider Bar and sliding the bar to see additional days.

Once you have created an account in E-Mail Filter you will receive a Welcome Message e-mail in your inbox. This e-mail contains important information you will need to access your junk mail on E-Mail Filter. From the Welcome Message, you can easily open the E-Mail Filter by clicking on the Login link.

To End an E-Mail Filter Session

Click Logout and the session will be terminated, and you will be returned to the E-Mail Filter login page.
