Getting connected may seem confusing, so we want to simplify it for you. Anyone subscribing to a new or additional internet, TV or phone service will receive our Free Standard Installation (*up to a $200 value), which includes professional router installation and setup with internet service.

Any services performed or equipment installed beyond the Free Standard Installation value (*over $200) will be billed on a time and materials basis. Additional labor will be billed at $85/hour in 30-minute increments. If Copper or Fiber Optic facilities are not available at your address, you may have to assume the full or partial cost of construction. Construction to the premises is NOT included in the Free Standard Installation offer.

You will not qualify for our Free Standard Installation if you've been disconnected for non-pay with us within the last 12 months. One Free Standard Installation allowed per subscriber in a 12-month period per phone, internet or TV service. Must keep service for a minimum of 3 months. Disconnecting service prior to 3 months minimum will result in the billing of all installation and/or equipment costs for that service.

New subscribers to Norvado Traditional TV service are eligible to receive up to $99.99 of streaming set up/installation/training in addition to the Free Standard Installation.
