When is my bill due?

Norvado has two billing cycles depending on where you live in our service area. Please look at any of your statements.

If your statement is dated as of the 1st of the month, then it is due by the 15th.
If your statement is dated as of the 18th of the month, then it is due by the 6th of the following month.
