If you reside within Price county, you’ve been enjoying voicemail service from Price County Telephone Company for a while. Now that PCTC is Norvado, we’re happy to share that we’re upgrading your voicemail box for free!

On November 12, 2019 you’ll be migrated to Norvado Call Manager service. It has a bunch of enhancements like:

• Ability to skip entering your PIN

• Adding additional numbers

• Busy greeting

• Larger mailbox size

• Increase to 300 max messages (was 20)

• And more!

Starting on November 12th your new voicemail number will be 715-339-9000 or 715-744-9000. Use PIN number 4210 the first time you access the new mailbox. You will be forced to change it during your initial account setup.

You will still be able to access your old voicemail box until December 1st by dialing 715-339-6245 or 715-744-6245. If you have unheard voicemails or messages you wish to preserve you will have until December 1st to listen to or save them, after which they will no longer be available. (We recommend using a voice recorder to save any voicemails. We cannot transfer them to your new account.)
