Why isn’t my internet working?

If your internet is not working and/or you can’t connect to your WIFI, try taking these corrective actions.

  • Unplug the router from electrical power and wait 30 seconds.

  • Reconnect the router to the electrical power and wait 5 minutes.

  • Verify that your computer can access the internet.
