Apex Add-Ons | Terms & Conditions

Norvado offers Apex Add-Ons to help you get the most out of your home WIFI. These include the Apex Outdoor WIFI and the Apex Indoor Mesh Extender. Please review the following terms and conditions before ordering.

General Terms

  1. Norvado’s standard terms and conditions of service apply to all Apex Add-Ons.
  1. All Apex devices are managed by Norvado, meaning we monitor performance and provide technical support.
  1. Norvado’s replacement & repair policy for managed equipment applies to all Apex devices.
  1. Upon service cancellation, any unreturned equipment will result in unreturned equipment charges.

Installation

  1. Apex Outdoor WIFI qualifies for FREE standard installation.
  1. The Apex Indoor Mesh Extender does not qualify for free installation. Standard installation charges may apply.

Coverage

    1. Coverage areas are dependent on environmental conditions such as building materials, distance, and interference. Performance may vary by location.

    Equipment Management & Returns

    1. All Apex equipment remains the property of Norvado.
    1. If your equipment is lost, damaged beyond repair, or not returned at the time of cancellation, applicable charges will be billed to your account. Unreturned equipment charges can be found here.
