Starting March 1, 2024, residents and businesses in Hayward and Park Falls with existing copper facilities who do not qualify for fiber can subscribe to these internet offers:

100Mbps/30Mbps for $39.99/month
50Mbps/10Mbps for $34.99/month

Terms & Conditions
  1. Available to residential and commercial subscribers with existing copper facilities in Hayward and Park Falls who do not qualify for fiber.
  2. Cannot be combined with other offers, bundles or multi-service discounts.
  3. Does not qualify for the Discover Pass.
  4. Standard fees and taxes apply.
  5. Subscription to Apex Managed WIFI is not required.
  6. No contract required for residential or commercial subscribers.
  7. Internet speeds delivered will be "up to” the advertised speeds over a hardwired connection from the modem. Speeds are not guaranteed and may vary.
  8. Troubles requiring a technician to come on-site will be subject to standard trip charges and service fees: $85/hour billed in 30-minute increments plus materials.
  9. No credit check or deposit required.
  10. Free Standard Installation applies.
  11. No Early Termination Fees.
