What Is the Island Fee?

The Island Fee is a $60.00 charge applied to service visits on Madeline Island. It covers travel-related expenses, including ferry transport, that are necessary for our technicians to reach the island.

Why Does This Fee Exist?

Madeline Island is only accessible by ferry, which adds time, cost, and logistical coordination to any in-person service call. The Island Fee helps offset those transportation-related expenses so we can continue to deliver high-quality support to island residents.

When Is the Fee Applied?

You’ll see the Island Fee when scheduling service appointments that require a Norvado technician to travel to your location on Madeline Island. It is a one-time charge per visit and will be noted on your billing statement.

Does This Apply to All Island Customers?

Yes. If your service address is on Madeline Island and requires an on-site visit from a Norvado technician, the Island Fee will apply.
