Norvado service may not be available in certain geographic areas due to bandwidth restrictions.

Applicable taxes, fees (such as 911, USF, IEUF, activation) and surcharges extra.

The $25 Seasonal Downgrade fee will be waived.

Monthly services and discounts will be prorated.

Installation and material charges may apply. New internet, TV and/or phone service activations quality for free standard installation (up to $200 value). Services performed or equipment installed beyond the free standard installation value (over $200) will be billed on a time and materials basis on first month's statement. Please note, installation of customer provided devices is not included in the standard installation credit.

For specific new build areas and fiber conversion areas for new customers on seasonal billing, Norvado is offering a limited time promotion of 500Mbps (symmetrical) internet and a home phone for $79.99 per month, plus no fees for off-season months.

A 24-month commitment is required to be eligible for this promotion.

Cancellation prior to 24-months will come with a termination fee of up to $200 to cover standard installation and repayment of the standard price of internet and phone. Therefore, a customer will pay the difference between the promotional pricing and standard pricing of their services.

Once the 24-month commitment has expired, the subscriber will retain the promotional rate ($79.99/month) and terms and conditions until a change to existing service(s) is made. At time of change, promotional offer will cease to apply and current products and rates will take effect.
