Smartlink PBX | Add Presence Once You’ve Integrated with Outlook in the New MaxUC App

First uncheck the Integrate with Outlook button in MaxUC then follow the screens below in Teams:

• Click on the … to open the menu and select Settings.

• Select General from the menu and then check the box to Register Team as the Chat App for Office.

Once you have checked the box to Register Team as the Chat App for Office, and have restarted both Teams and Outlook, your Presence should be functioning accurately.
