Norvado Traditional Television Service | Terms & Conditions

By purchasing a traditional television service from Norvado, in addition to agreeing to Norvado’s terms of service (located here), you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions, as outlined below.

  • Norvado Television provides 8 simultaneous streams on up to 15 different devices.

  • Apex WIFI is required with a Basic, Basic Expanded or Expanded Plus Norvado Television subscription.

  • Apex WIFI must be installed and used for Norvado Television support.

  • Effective December 1, 2022, Norvado will no longer offer a set top box (STB) in any television package. In place of the STB, Norvado will provide the customer with one (1) Fire TV 4K Max streaming device, Cloud DVR ($6 package), and up to $99.99 of streaming set up/installation/training.

  • STB's for Norvado traditional TV service are available for purchase at a price of $14.99 each. Norvado recommends using a streaming device such as Apple TV, Roku, or Fire.

  • Norvado will install set top boxes when installing other services, such as phone or internet. Norvado will not install set top boxes on their own. In that case, Norvado will ship the customer set top box(s).

  • When installed by Norvado, set top boxes will be installed wirelessly.

  • Traditional TV customers can take advantage of Norvado’s $200 installation credit for the installation of phone, internet and/or Apex WIFI. See terms & conditions for Free Standard Installation here.

  • Must keep service for a minimum of 3 months. Disconnecting Norvado traditional TV service prior to the 3-month minimum will result in the billing of all installation costs covered by the Free Standard Installation and the cost of the Fire TV 4K Max streaming device.

  • Streaming using a streaming stick, streaming device, or smart TV eliminates Norvado TVs caller ID screen pop, Video on Demand, and the weather app provided by the set top box.

  • The minimum internet requirement for streaming television from Norvado is 20Mbps download. However, it is recommended to have a 300x300 or better fiber internet connection from Norvado.
