How do I sign up for Auto Pay?

The Norvado Auto Pay program makes paying your bill easier than ever and signing up is simple. And, if you sign up for both Auto Pay and Paperless billing, you'll receive a one-time $20 bill credit in addition to a monthly bill credit of $2*

To get started, log in to your SmartHub account. If you have not registered for a SmartHub account, learn how here.

Once you've logged in, select Auto Pay Program from the Billing & Payments menu.

Select Sign Up for Auto Pay from the Actions column.

Select Card or Bank Account.

Read and accept the Auto Pay Terms & Conditions.

Enter your card or bank account information and select Continue.

You will see confirmation that your account has been updated. You've successfully eliminated the stress associated with paying your monthly bill! 😊

How to Manage SmartHub Notifications

Once you've set up Auto Pay. You'll want to adjust your notifications to reflect your personal preferences.

To get started, simply hover over Notifications on the menu toolbar, and select Manage Notifications.

Select the Billing dropdown. From the options available, choose which notifications you would like to receive (some notifications cannot be turned off).

Once you have configured the Notifications to match your preferences, click Save Settings.
