Calling into the Premium Auto Attendant—Telephone User Interface (TUI)
- Dial into your Premium Attendant From a touch-tone telephone.
- When the announcement starts, enter *6 quickly, then enter PIN.
PIN: Voicemail PIN
This is for:
- Enabling System, either on-off Auto Attendant Services
- Recording all Announcement Messages / Recordings
At Menu, press 1 for Configuration menu.
In Configuration Menu, follow audio prompts or:

Press 1 to Turn On/Off

Press 2 to Edit Announcement

Prompted for Announcement Numbers

Announcement numbers are in CommPortal Attendant menu
